Return Policy
We offer a 100% satisfactions guarantee, you may return your unused or slightly burnt candle for a full refund or exchange. All exchanges or refunds are final and must include an RMA. To request a RMA you may find the request page at http://www.shekinahtruescents.com/returns. Some products may not be returnable and your invoice may reflect that, Shekinah True Scents has the right to refuse an RMA request.
We ask that you submit a RMA request within 21 days of purchase or 10 days after shipping. After your RMA is approved you will receive instructions on how to return the product, please note return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Credit of an order may be done at the discretion of Shekinah True Scents and may include refund by original credit card, personal check, or store credit. All products being returned should be in unused or less then 20% burnt.
